Homepage Test & Execution
Problem: Emma wasn't getting enough engagement, leading to a decrease in MQLs.
Solution: As Emma's copywriter, I worked with our Growth and Strategy team to create and test new homepage copy based on user feedback. The revised homepage earned stronger engagement and more MQLs, making it the permanent choice.



Graduate to better email campaign
Problem: Emma needed to wow its new vertical: universities.
Solution: To target higher ed prospects, I wrote copy that showed schools how to benefit from the product. (While still keeping it fun!)
